I ate 1 medium banana pre-workout & burned 350 cal on the stairmaster which is cardio. Omg my heart was racing!!! Anyways. What should I eat now?
Brown Rice is good for after, eat it within an hour of the workout. Season the rice with turmeric and black pepper to reduce information if you need to.

If you want to burn fat: vegetables and nuts. If you went heavy on muscle, some proteins extra.
Nuts? They're low calorie and healthy. Some more fruit or veg.

Too much fruits can actually hinder fat-loss. I stick to complex carbs and protein.
