Cutting out all junk food and only drinking water should really help lose weight. Add in cardio and you're set! Don't weight train though or you'll gain weight before losing.
Not really. How much weight? Eating dark green vegetables with oily fish and chicken, together with juicing dark green veg & fruit would be a better idea.

There are no quick ways. For your body: do low intensity cardio for a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes and see that you calorie intake is less than what you need
