How to conquer food allergies?

I'm TERRIFIED to eat anything. I don't know what is triggering my allergies. I cut out dairy and bread. I have been cutting so many food groups. And now I'm scared to eat foods. What do I do? I'm trying not to starve myself but only a handful of foods don't cause a reaction. I don't have money to get an allergy test done so I just go by what my body is telling me. I've had swelling and inflammation and I can't deal. I would rather just stick to fruit and protein shakes then venture out and try anything else. I'm afraid I may be getting an eating disorder.
