I was doing weightlifting everyday but all my equipment is covered because we are re-doing the basement. So now I have cross country 3 days a week & it will be everyday from August 17 to like the end of September I believe. Also I'll have weightlifting all year once school starts.

1 work out in the gym, 2 to 3 times between 30 and 45 min on my home trainer.
Plus some exercises for the upper body.
And when I need fresh air, 2 hours of so of hiking... more than enough sports for a week I think :D
