Is it too slutty to run in just shorts and a sports bra? If the temp is 100+ ? My body isn't great, but I'd like to avoid having a heat stroke...

But I really don't understand the women that wear skimpy clothing while working out,
and then get mad at all the men that whistle, slow their car down or toot their horn.

It's like really... what type of attention are you asking for?
It's like walking into the jungle with meat in your hands.
You're just asking for attention and to get attacked.

If these types of women really care about their work out, and not the attention they get from others then they wouldn't feel the need to wear such skimpy clothing.

I have nothing against someone wearing a training bra or short shorts (that look like underwear) to exercise in.
All I'm saying is that do not be shocked at the attention you get.

But its perfectly fine and legal to work out that way if that's how you choose.

Ughhh of COURSE it's fine and if anyone tries to tell you otherwise then they're just being an asshole okay? If guys can do it completely topless, then we can do it in just a sports bra (but I wouldn't run vomeotlely topless bc that would hurt without the support of a sports bra). That's what they're there for.

I always run in sports bras I don't care what people think its my body and at least im getting exercise by running if they have got a problem see me as a slut well that's there problem not mine but no it isn't slutty at all be proud to wear it hahhhaaa

That's what they're for like @Bandit74 said, they're made so that women (or men if wanted?) can work out in them, with or without a shirt. They're specifically for exercise and hold up the breasts... :/

It's totally fine, I saw a girl in a sports bra running while I was driving to work and I was just think "damn girl, you go! burn dem calories! #womancrushwednesday". I didn't think she was slutty at all, I just admired her for her confidence and her dedication to health. Lord knows I'm in desperate need of a run.

I wouldn't do it, but lots of girls do. 100+ is a bit hot to be running even if you're acclimated to it. If you're still determined then hydrate before, during and after.
