Has anyone ever loss weight working out with YouTube?

I Can't afford my local gym its $100 a month and that's the only gym near my home, so I've heard uyoutube has tons of workout videos.. I want to start kick boxing with YouTube for workouts. And also if you have before and after weight loss photos please post them?

All the gyms I know of only cost between 20-40 bucks a month. $100? holy shit.

Youtube has a ton of good workout routines. Generally speaking I refer people to fitnessblender as the best overall channel for it, but there are better ones if you have some equipment.

Check out fitness blender... They have some really usefull workouts and before and after pictures, but you'll have to change you eating too...

Yes!, the thing is that you have to put your full time on it, be strict with the hours of workout.
