diet is 85% of the battle. Drink no soda or alcoholic beverages for a while. Also you going to want to do a lot of exercises that are miserable. Sprints, burpees, a lot cardiovascular intense exercises help shed those extra pounds that we all hate. Make sure to also work on your core as a strong stable core helps keep your body balanced while doing those other exercises. A good exercise is the plank which uses your upper body and your abs. Interval running helps as well. Things like Squat jumps will help shed the fat but will also put on some muscle so it may even out, though the muscle will likely just make your butt look better. You aren't actually overweight at all and the things that you focus on or are self conscience about are likely things that other people don't see at all. A lot of the times the things that we worry about the most nobody else notices. At the the height of my working out I had a 28 inch vertical and was dunking at the gym. Even at that point I still thought I was fat because I didn't have a 6 pack. I know what it's like to never quite feel like the goal has been reached. I would say don't worry about it but I know how I was so your probably going to worry about it, but still, don't worry about it.

It depends, are those youtube workouts tailored for your desired goal. Are they by someone with credentials and experience, do they explain things properly and how to stay safe? You don't need to hold weights, there are different types of workouts that can help you achieve your goal. It depends on your dedication & persistence, and that you are regularly working out. Frequency is the key here.
Diet is more important though than the workout. I'm guessing you want slim, toned body, ie beach body? Toned and nice abs? It depends on your body fat % so you will have to lower your body fat % ... from where you are at now it shouldn't take too long, but you need to eat healthy balanced diet, with enough protein.
Then comes your workout to get that beach body you desire, there are different types of workouts to help you achieve your goal. So whatever you choose depends on your preference and motivation. Same with legs, you have nice body still, and nice legs, me saying it as a leg man.
But don't let other people stop you achieving beach body if that's what you desire, yes that would be even more attractive. Just compare guys who are slim and guys who are fit with muscles. With nearly 65% of the population overweight or obese now, normal is very different. We should always strive to improve ourselves, not be happy with "just as you are" or "just being yourself" ... BUT being our better selves.
Tailor your diet and workout for beach body, and with patience & dedication you shall achieve it no time.
Youtube videos are a great way to find new exercises that challenge your strength, tone, and build muscle! But if you aim to use them as your primary means of working out, I suggest finding a YouTuber you will consistently follow. The keyword there is consistency, which can be halted if you overload yourself with different exercises, find ones that work for you from their videos, and do them every day (save for a rest day each week). YouTubers tend to strive for novelty, which is great in the case that you want a huge amount of exercise options, but doing all of them will likely cause a "jack of all trades, master of none" conundrum and a loss of motivation.
My personal advice? If you're looking to tone your calves and thighs but keep your curves, I recommend hopping on a bike at a gym for 30 min a day (for the calves specifically) and doing 50 squats a day (for the thighs specifically) this is what I did to get my preferred slim thicc look without overloading myself with various exercise regimes from the internet 😤.
Asker, you look good. You don't need to get skinny. A bit of tone can help, but you're better off going to a professional and going to the gym with a trainer to help you. Or go to your school gym and ask your gym teacher to teach you the basics of weight training. You have to start with that and do that SAFELY. Everybody else other than the gym can't really help much with that because of its, diet, genetics, and trial and error. By you being so young you may go through fluctuations and other things to be dealing with. Enjoy your weight and your youth, and try to be happy with what you have. Don't try to be like other women and other people. All you can do is tone. I can see you look like you gain more in the thighs and mid-body. That sadly is genetics. It's best not to do anything unless you check with the doctor before you do anything drastic by accident.

Pole Dancing Fitness.

There are loads clubs in the UK springing up.
A few people I know go to them, they offer pretty much full body work outs.stop it now you look fine I wake up next to you in the morning you kidding me a couple of things that tell you that you're overweight you cannot bend over to tie your shoes yeah that's a little bit too late don't want to wait that long, having sex becoming more challenging, finally and most importantly your blood work that is the most important thing your triglycerides your cholesterol profile your sugar levels and your blood pressure
Honestly i think your body is amazing, but if you want to remain fit you can check out the podyproject. Thet have really fun workouts that tone body and most of them are very easy. BUT seriously, don't compare yourself to celebrities who even photoshop their soul... trust me on this
You look good Just the Way You Are but if you want to really tighten up tone up do this 30 days 30 minutes a day walk a fast pace for 30 minutes a day and I mean every inch of your body will torn up but no sodas no sweet drinks water lots of water and you even your nose will tone up good for 30 days and watch to see what happens you will be amazed
On YouTube there this guy called bully juice trust me and do his different workouts that doesn’t require weights or equipment and watch how you loose weight and build muscle. 30 minutes at most for the longest ones and long as you trying the workout of you going to feel the burn and it will be worth it.
Look, just being real; almost any diet or fitness plan like that is going to work if you are committed to it. The problem is that most people are not committed enough to it. If you are a committed and self-motivated person, there's no reason the following YouTube fitness videos would not help you lose weight.
You look beautiful and for men it’s so easy to tell women to lose weight without knowing how hard it is for us. But you look perfect the way you are. It’s also really hard to get muscular as a woman unless you’re born with it it could take like a year to two maybe
you don't need youtube videos to get toned. just do shit that's exhausing. running, pushups, pullups, squats. there's no secret magic to it. there's also no reason to put pictures under this question, cause that rule applies the same to litterally every human on earth.
Stop comparing your body to celebreties, they spent a lot of money to look like the way they do.
There is nothing wrong with your body in my opinion, but then again if you feel insecure about it ( wich there is no reason for tbh) you can still focus on trying to lower the amount of calories you eat every day. And do some simple exercises like squats, jogging etc. That should be enough.Do you know why men are happier? and we age better?
one of the reasons is because we don’t give a fuck about celebrities number two when we work out we work out based on healthy lifestyle again not because of bunch of douche bag celebrities.
Also if you wanna be health and fit? Get off animal products.
And your body is already. I’d hit that. HahaYour Bodie is beautiful just the way it is but working out is a great thing to do for your health and obviously if you want to lose a few pounds, which you do not need to by the way. I'd say maybe run 2-3 times a week and try do a weight lifting session 1-2 times a week it doesn't need to be heavy, so ease into it!
To become thinner you need to burn fat, so you need to output more calories than you input, you can search any youtube workout that focus on losing fat, and stick to that.
Do not worry much about getting the "best workout in existence" or "the most efficient ever", anyone of them will already do greats to you.
I personally recommend HIIT, I find them more fun hehe.First, stop using the terms "toned" and "toning", those are just BS terms used by women's magazines.
You want to build some muscle, and get leaner, so start lifting those weights, do some full-body strength workouts, and get your nutrition sorted. You need to have weights to get toned. Don’t buy into that no equipment/stretch bands only workouts. Also you should increase reps every time to see results - so you can totally tone your body, and see results, with one set of dumbbells.
You look good. You can't look like someone else, probably even if you try, fat distribution is different, hip bones are different. You can't compare. by the way, there are lots of scammers in YouTube, telling you achieving abs in x weeks, or toned hands in x weeks, false. And some use awful technique and exercises. I recommend you to watch Greg Doucette (mostly for knowledge), Natacha Oceane, Madfit (both of the girls have good toning videos). If I will remember more, I will reply to my opinion.
go on netflix and watch "the game changers"
sort your diet out and do loads of exercise
if u need weights get some 2l bottles of water or find a pull up bar or ware a rucksack with bottles of water in while u do squats and lunges etcNo one has mentioned Barre workouts.
Some take just 10-15 minutes a day and you tone up from week 1.What place is that? and for workouts search up Kendall Jenner 10 min workout, Pamela Reif workout. To get lean, a lot OF PLANKS and resistance bands will be needed and eat oatmeal a lot. it helps you loose weight
