This is misunderstanding and not good to spread this myth. Sure hormones fluctuate but it should not have such significant effect. Also she's not looking to build muscles :) Myth that if women start lifting weights they'll put on muscles is exactly that can deter them. She'll build lean muscles so she can be toned. Nothing difficult for women. Encourage everyone including women to get fit. No one says you have to aim for body like she wants but at least attempt to remain healthy and fit :)
@Oram52 it’s not a myth it does in fact take longer for a woman to get toned than a man and it is also harder to lose weight as a woman due to estrogen. Testosterone facilitates weight loss for men more
So I’m order to lose weight we have to be stricter meanwhile a guy could eat a slice of pizza a day and still lose weight lol
While you're technically correct to some extent :) the effect is not as astounding. Testosterone definitely helps men but point I was making difficulty in losing weight for women is no where difficult, at least to the extent I think you are implying. It shouldn't take too long for women at all, go to any fitness forum for example and they will gladly steer you to right path, even many women enthusiasts themselves. Rather its difficult for men, as women just have to be toned but us men want to build muscles. For men to have desirable bodies as seen on cover of Romance Novels or how attractive bodies are described in Romance novels, or what girls generally find attractive. It takes more work, dedication and time to achieve that. Sure it can be slightly challenging for girls :) but no where as difficult. With some persistence and dedication you can achieve it in no time. There are a lot of motivation available for girls, a lot of female fitness experts.

Forgot to mention to get skinny: black coffee, lots of oatmeal and sprouted seed bread (it helps with digestion), green tea (helps loose weight) and when you're walking on a treadmill, but it on an incline, you're still doing cardio but it tones you at the same time and gives your booty a little lift
