How to naturally increase your energy?

Being a college student AND having a full time job, I barely get any sleep. So because of this, for the past few years I have been consuming at least 5 cups of coffe a day. Usually more. I know this is really bad for you and I wanted to stop drinking caffeine. But I still need to have some sort of energy to function. So what can I do to naturally increase my energy levels? I don't want to take any supplements or anything I just want something natural.
