so im trying to lose weight at home and i dont know how to start , i already lost weight but its all from above i even lost weight from my breast so i want to exercise from my breasts and lose weight from my thighs and aslo cellulite :) i know too much but if anyone here can give an advice i hope so
I am a pear-shape! Here's a tip: since our body is larger at the bottom, it's the most stubborn part of our body when it comes to losing weight. It's the first place we gain weight and the last place we lose it.
I do squats. Lots and lots of squat together with cardio. The cellulite won't go away unfortunately but you would get toner legs. Diet also plays a big part. I try to avoid carbs as much as I can... which I fail miserable at by the way.
