I sleep eat! I know I'd weigh less if I didn't. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't! My doctor didn't have good advice. I do it probably 5 or 6 nights a week. It doesn't matter if I'm full before bed either. I'm desperate!!! If someone has good advice I'd really appreciate it!
I'd suggest consulting a good therapist that works with sleep disorders. Do you live alone? I ask because I have some ideas but they aren't practical if you live with others.

They're making a bra now for girls that will tell you when you're overeating, it's called the smart bra. I wish they'd make something like that for men
