isn't fast loss weight its funny all people what fast results... Some of them with years of bad habits on background. just eat healthy and dont eat more callories than the ones your burn. And dont forget u can win some muscle and lose some fat... so at the end weight dont drop a lot but u look better and healthy :)

you have to keep at it and keep pushing, that fat that is holding on won't be able to help it anymore and it will melt off as long as you are persistent.
what diet etc are you on? Running and Strength training will only build your thighs (trust me mine are still huge after 10 years of retirement from track and field)

Your body is adapting to your routine, switch it up! Do some hiit cardio, 3 mins steady pace, 1-2 mins fast! Also tweek your diet a little decrease the carbs and add a little more protein
