Help with getting over a weight loss plateau?

Need some help getting over a weight loss plateau, i dont seem to be droping the weight as fast. I run about 4 times a week for 30 minutes and then also do strength training. Do you think if i started doing interval training would that help? I want to shed the fat off my thighs for lean legs, what would you guys suggest is the best to do so?
