Avoid processed food
(this includes finely blended foods), reduce sugar, reduce fats (unless it’s in its natural form eg olive oil start to break down outside it’s cell walls) and eat things with refrigerated cultures like kefir yoghurt & kimchi.
I’ve known “naturally fat” people become “naturally skinny “ It does take years but you it’s best for the long run. You have already done so much, what I believe in you!

To break the weight plateau you don't need to workout more. That will just ruin your last record. Take enough rest and eat more, especially carbs before a workout. I hope it helps.
Your body has settled into your routine. So you need to shake things up. I would add a little more protein to you without days.
