I think I'm at a point where I need to start working out on a regular basis or start counting calories because simply eating less isn't enough anymore.
Also I've been doing some squats and it concerns me that my thighs look bigger. Really not a fan of having fat but thick thighs. How do I lose weight and avoid leg muscle workouts?
