But how? I seem to have hit a plateau. My goal weight is 110 lbs. I am currently 114.
I am 19 and am 5'4 with a rather petite build. I have narrow hips and shoulders and my measurements when I am where I like them are 32-23-32.
Now, before you all go nuts on me, let me explain. I am an adult, so I may make my own choices about my body. I am aware of what healthy is for my height, age, and body type. I am also aware that I feel most comfortable with myself when I am 110 lbs. I feel out of shape and sluggish otherwise.
I have a dance to attend on the 2nd. I would ideally like to be 110 by then. I have 16 days (including this one) to get there. I understand that this takes time and work and I also understand that trying for such a goal so soon might be a little dangerous, but it's only four pounds so I believe I'm safe.
I have been watching what I've been eating for the most part and I have been working out daily for an hour in addition to walking outside for an hour a day. I have also been only drinking water as my beverage.
I was 110 before Christmas break, and I would like to get there again.
Is this possible? And if so, what's the healthiest way to do this?
