This is nuts. I had a girl with a super tight body at 5'2 1/2" who went from 112 to 126 as we were together and her body was always very tight. 5'4" at 115 is thin as fuck. Not saying that's bad but there is 100% sure room where it's probably very good up until 130 or so.
If you don't believe me then take into consideration I was once an elite wrestler on a national level who was 5'7" and 130. I know all about weight and weight cutting and how it fits. All the girls voting 115-120 need to educate themselves a little better.
for a 5'4'' girl i think she should weigh around 135-145 that would mean she has a fair bit of muscle ton, or that she isn't overly skinny :)
I weigh 140lbs and i'm 5'3", I like my body at this weight, i'm a little toned and still soft/curvy.
I think it all depends on your body shape and preference though. I've seen girls who weighed both less and more than me and they have amazing shapes.
As long as you're close to a healthy weight range and take care of yourself I don't think the actual number should matter that much.

It depends on your muscle, fat and bones. As well as hormones. At my least weight I was 115lbs and at my heaviest I have been 148lbs. I'm 5'5". a friend of mine is 5'5" and she weighs 95lbs. We are both over the age of 20 years old.
I'm 5'5 and I weigh 114 lbs, I guess that is normal.
I'm 5 foot 3 and I weigh 103 (not because I work out or diet or anything) just a very fast metabolism but I don't look like I'm malnutritioned or anything if that's what you're thinking.
