i myself certainly know that that's not the case.
Do you believe that the bigger the muscle, the stronger it is?
i myself certainly know that that's not the case.
"Strong" is situational.
Only building white muscle, you be a powerhouse
for but a single moment, then you tire out.
Whereas red muscle would let a person keep
going at it for an extended amount of time
though not as physically strong as white.
Think climbers or swimmers.. they're indeed strong
but they aren't big, compared to a weightlifter.
So naww.. big does not equal strong
we need the whole package, to be truly strong. ^.^
Speed and strength determines the power of the force. But if your muscles are exercised enough you can be powerful, but if a muscular man has exact exercise as you, he will be more powerful than you.
A muscular man can lift 10 kg easily while it is will be very hard for a lean guy to do the same.
But don't confuse this issue with the skills and art of fighting where a lean guy defeats muscular one..
It is stronger short-term speaking, but long-term speaking it's not.
Short-term = lift 300 pounds for a few seconds
Long-term = lift 300 pounds and carry around for minutes
I think you mean fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibres?
One is for power and the other for endurance.
Weight lifters usually only have more power, but little to no endurance.
Nah... Seen enough and experienced enough things to know that certainly isn't the case.

Like what others have said, bigger muscles tend to have much more strength potential than smaller muscles.
All it takes is mind-muscle connection, or muscle memory, to unlock greater potential within larger muscle fibers (aka Not fat!!!).
But this is based off of strength through weight training/lifting, i. e. power lifting, body building, strong man, etc.
Endurance is different story.
There's things guys can do to inflate muscles.
1. Eat a shit load of carbs before working out, fills up your muscle cells with glycogen.
2. Creatine hydrates and inflates the muscles as well
3. Pumping blood into muscles
Muscle cells hold tons of water so there's things you can do to inflate them.
People think I gonna break. And then I'm lifting shit that some bulky people might find too heavy.
I also think that's independent.
The bigger the muscle , the more potential you have.
Tiny muscle , less potential.
It's like yeah. Maybe at the moment the smaller person maybe a bit stronger than the bigger one but if the bigger one start training for strength , the tiny guy is SCREWWWWWED.
This why there are weight classes lol
Bruce Lee is FUCKED if he goes beyond his class for example.
Bruce Lee is? You realize he never lost a fight regardless of size or the number of opponents? His endurance was phenomenal and his strength pound for pound was not matched. He could hit 2-3 times harder that a man twice his size. I haven't seen any 300 lbs body builders knocking anyone acoss a mat with a one inch punch.
@DiVinci83
Yeah yeah sure he can.
UFC and MMA didn't exist back then , people hold him up as some golden lamb great master.
He's a pioneer but we've walked a long way from Bruce Lee now.
He never fought anyone. All theories.
In the cage , that's where theories are put to the test.
@DiVinci83
Too bad Bruce Lee never participated in any fighting championship that pit him against other proper fighters eh? Idle speculations and fantization of "my dad will kick your dad's ass" .
Bruce Lee was good but there are other people just as good if not better than he is today. Of course people will have to pay respect , like there's no bodybuilder worth his 2 cents will diss Arnold. Kiss babies , pet dogs and shake the pope's hand as the business goes.
@DiVinci83
Riiiggghht. Cos that's what championships are all about. Okay Mr fanboy , bring Bruce back to life and lets see him in the ring , if not you're just idly speculating what-ifs here.
@DiVinci83
Lol fanboys
"i myself certainly know that that's not the case. "
Then why are you asking?
Because I would like to know the perspectives of different people.
I'm not searching for an 'answer'. Im searching for people's perspectives.
Eeeeexxaacttlyyy 😂😏
Bruce Lee end of discussion.
Generally yes, this is true
not necessarily.
no. but it's a factor.
