Portion control. Before you sit down to eat, take another look at your plate. Do you need all of it? Maybe put some back. Don't have seconds. Eat slowly so you feel full when you're done.
Avoid processed foods. Keep fast food to a minimum. Stop eating chips, cookies, etc. Don't drink soda, and keep juice to a minimum. Don't drink much alcohol. Drink water often.
Cut back on breads and other carbs. Fruits, veg, and meat are your best bet.
Get routine physical activity. Walk a mile 4 times a week, then slowly increase your pace and distance.
Step 1: Cut out all sugary shit. Candy, icecream, cake, etc. Even change out your cereal for something else.
Step 2: Swap out your carbs for protein. Instead of eating a sandwich, eat a chicken salad. Even red meats, like steak or beef, are fine.
Step 3: Work on portions. Cut out from your dinner first, then lunch, and breakfast last. Breakfast is the most important meal.
Do all of this slowly, over the series of weeks or months. One step a week is slow enough to transition. The rest is all about staying consistent.
Don't do anything drastic, like one of those binge diets where you can't eat at all for 24 hours, no carbs, etc.. Consistency is key. Make small changes that you'll be able to maintain, like 3/4 of your previous portion size, no sweets, no fast food, etc..
It also helped me a lot to combine a bit of dieting with working out. Go to the gym, yoga or for a run 3-4 days a week and you'll see results much faster.
Cut out your sugars and salts and some of those fattening foods that you love here, dear.
Begin your Beguine with Low Fat, Fat Free and Familiar Low Cal things that are nutritious and good for you.
Exercise goes hand and hand when you are taking a firm stand.
Good luck. xx

Drink water (increase metabolism which = more weight loss)
Lift weights (muscle burns calories all day.. Even more when you've used a few

Simpally stand up for a bit.
A person whos between 80-100 pounds would burn 50+ calories just by standing for 1 hour.
Do cardio
Whatever you do! dont listen to people who tell you to cut out carbs!
carbs essential to having energy! which is probably the most important thing lol! you need it to exercise!
Try and lower some carb intake, and have a small yet manageable caloric defecit
train often and be patient :)
First thing: keep eating, and eat healthy. Eat lots of vegetables, for instance. You may be able to find healthy diets on the internet.
Second: Exercise regularly, like three times a week, or something. Just go jogging, for instance, and don't push yourself too much.
Healthy diet (less fats+more veggies+measured carb intake) and regular exercise (aerobics preferred, plus some classics like jogging and crunches) would do the trick.
Start by eating healthier, do cardio 3 times a week and weight lift 3 times a week
Move more. Eat less.
If you're kinky, there are some additional things that help.
Eat less than your daily maintenance caloric level and exercise
Loose only 2 kg per month. slowly is better.
I think you shouldn't cut any meal.
Eat 7 times a day, but healthy stuff.
Go for integral foods.
You need to eat less calories than your body uses. That's the only way to lose weight.
eat less, exercise more.
