How long did you take it for?
How much weight did you lose?
Stay away from that kind of poison! It's dangerous.
Metaslim combines meta-synephrine and guarana.
ephedrine (or ephedra) is not allowed by FDA because of its side effects.
______
Common Side Effects of Synephrine Based Diet Pills
After the FDA ban on ephedra-based diet pills, drug manufacturers turned to herbal ingredients and synthetic formulas that imitate ephedra's effects in the body. Synephrine is one of them, a drug that releases adrenaline and noradrenalin the body in order to stimulate the metabolism. Millions of dieters now depend on this potent ingredient to help with their weight loss goals, and it is a stimulant that may be just as addictive as caffeine.

_______________
Guarana is an herb containg lots of caffeine: it's addictive, will get you nervous and makes you lose weight by evacuating liquids from your body (peeing more) Of course, when you drink a glas of water , your body will replace the missing liquid. Thus in the long run it will not work.
You want to lose weight? Burn more calories than you eat or drink: exercise and a balanced diet.
The Metaslim I have does not contain any of that actually. I am aware of the dangers of the stuff you mentioned so I choose metaslim because it does not contain them.
It contains:
- Bitter Orange Extract
- Green Tea Extract
and a bunch of other natural ingredients....
Ingredients Each tablet contains:
* 320 mg - Citrimax? (Hydroxycitirc acid) (rind) (Garcinia cambogia)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citrimax
* 168 mg - Yerba Mate Extract (Leaf) (Ilex paraguariensis)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yerba_mat%C3%A9#Chemical_composition_and_properties
*
142.5 mg - Guarana Powder (Seed) (Paullinia cupana)
*
54 mg - Damiana Powder (leaf) (Turmera diffusa)
*
66.7 mcg - Chromium Polynicotinate
Citrimax seems useless
Yerbamat:

=caffeine
Guarana= caffeine

Damiana:
Smoking 0.5 to 1gram at a time can result in strong introspective and hallucinogenic experiences

Chrome polynicotinate:

I found the compoition of that metaslim here:

Remember with those produscts that whenever the word 'tea' is used you'll probably find some caffeine containg herb. (tea is family of caffeine, chemically speaking)
This Metaslim contains a number of products which -to be efficient- have to be taken in high doses. all the pub about 'herbal' and 'tea' in those slimming miracle products is misleading. (not by accident!)
So it will either endanger your health or your bank account-or both.
And here is the meta-synephrine :

aproduct similar to the FDA-prohibited ephedrine products
"Tea extract and a bunch of other natural ingredients", they say... It's not because something is "natural" that it's not dagerous.
Hemlock and digitalis are "natural", so is opium, so is cocaine, so are lots of drugs.
I still don't think we are talking about the same product, cause I have done a lot of research on it and that's not what's in mine (except for caffine, that's in there)
I don't make it up. Just look at the links I gave you.
What happens is that over the months/years (and in different countries), the same components are given different names. (the famous New Formula!-marketing) and that as prices of chemicals vary on the market, they are replaced with similar, cheaper chemicals, and that as reglementations get more serious similar molecules with a different name are used: ephedrine gets blacklisted and becomes synephrine which gets named 'meta-synephrine'
