Ladies what size tampons and or pads do you use during your periods and what brand please?

I always use the super plus tampons, no matter what. I am paranoid that my flow will suddenly change and I do not want to have any leaks because of that. My periods used to be super heavy and I used to have to use pads and tampons to prevent leaks. Now that I am on birth control, my periods are lighter, but I cannot get over the paranoia. My periods now last about 3-5 days. Before birth control, they used to last 7-10 days.

@Asker, I think you tagged the wrong person. xD Mid Autumn is a celebration that the Chinese celebrates during the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese calendar. It's spring here anyways lol. We're just celebrating for the fun of it. And mooncakes are nice too.

@HookingSwan my family is all over the world ahah it's impossible to celebrate it like that 😅 we only have reunion on the eve of Chinese New Year every year 😊 (but this yr I didn't get to celebrate cause I'm over here argh)

I celebrated it with a friend and his family (: his mum is a Chinese so they celebrated it, and they invited me over 😁
