So I'm 107 kg (235 pounds). Four years ago I weighed 60 kg (132 pounds) which was perfect for my height of 157cm (5'2). I have gained an enourmous amount of weight over the last few years. The stretch marks on my stomach have been red for almost two years. I am on treatment for my depression and anxiety but have always turned to emotional eating and usually gain 15 kg (33 pounds) within a year. I have no thyroid issues and I've had check-ups with my doctor. I'm very lethargic and I have body pains, which are a problem in my classes, especially because I'm a nursing student. My arms and legs are ballooning and I can't even wear a nice pair of sandels because my 'cankles' are so swollen. I'm only nineteen years old. I've tried to go to the gym and eat well but I always break down and eat bad again. I have no one to really talk to about it. Is it possible to get to 60 kgs in 3 years?
