Is there an easy way to lose wait if u can't go to a gym?

Sure. Start by counting calories, just so you're aware of how much you're eating. Try to trim your daily calorie count by... I don't know, 300 shouldn't be that hard if you aren't already watching what you eat. You can still have junk food, but have less of it and find some veggies/fruits to replace those snacks with.

Park far away from every building. Use stairs instead of elevators and escalators. Take a 30 minute walk every day. There are loads of free exercise videos on YouTube for people who have to exercise at home, as well. Take up a hobby which involves physical activity, like hiking or skating.

You can also work out while watching TV if you find exercise boring. Like I'll do pushups, situps, jumping jacks, running in place, and I have an old milk jug that I filled with rocks, so I can use it as a weight.

Also, every time you feel hungry, drink a large glass of water before eating, and decide whether you still want food or not only once you finish drinking the water. This helps you stay hydrated while also helping you not to confuse hunger and thirst (I confuse them a lot, not sure why).

I'm not saying to do all these things at the same time, though it'd be great if you could. But most of these are small changes or easy adjustments!

My doctor told me to eat from a 5 inch bowl 3 times a day. I would also add a glass of milk on top of your 4 meals a day because people who avoid dairy products are medically proven to have lower I. q.'s. One bowl of protein such as chicken or nuts. 1 bowl of rice or brown rice if you prefer that. 2 bowls of vegetables such as tomato and egg soup or egg plant or lettuce. Most likely you would mix all 4 bowls together to make it taste better.

... weight* lol and of course. There are two ways: your diet, what you eat and drink, and calisthenics, or body weight exercises. Change your eating habits to more healthy meals and drink a lot of water. Add with that, stretching, running and exercising and you'll be surprised with what shape you can get yourself into.

Losing weight is super easy if you have the motivation.
Just follow the simple rules and you'll lose weight without going to the gym:
- No eating between meals
- No junk food
- Drink lots of water
You'll lose it with the enough MOTIVATION and DEDICATION :)

Do at home workouts. There are lots of workout dvds out there. Zumba is also a great way to workout and have fun while doing so. YouTube also has a bunch. Utilize your stairs. You can also go for a walk a few days a week. Changing your diet is also important as well.

I hate the gym, so I work out at home, dancing and doing specific movements I learned from youtube. You can also do some chsnges to your lifestyle: park away and walk, take the stairs, don't sit at work for long. Also, take care of your eating.

Look up "plyometric workouts" on youtube. I've heard they are good for losing weight and I'm pretty sure you can do them at home.
