I don't really think of it as "exercise" but more so as "playing" at the gym lol
About 6 times a week for about an hour and a half... sometimes more , sometimes less.
Cos.. well.. think about it.
When we were small , when we go to the jungle gym , we don't really think of it as "exercising" did we?
We thought of it as "play-time". Why does that have to change when we grow up eh?
Lift some weights , do some basic gymnastics , maybe a little jog or a bit of stationary biking.

I just lift and train.
lets say 5-6 a week.
3-5 times a week depends on my laziness. Lasts 40-90 min. I do a HIIT (High intensity interval training) as my warm up or cardio and then I do small routines with weights depends on what day it is. Sometimes I don't do hiiit and just do weight but they're not like super heavy
3-5x/week doing a mix of resistance and calisthenics, HIIT, and stretches

I spend an hour on the elliptical in my home each day, and go jogging outside every 2-3 days. I'm getting a gym membership in two weeks so that I can run indoors once the cold weather hits, and also to incorporate more strength training.
I do a 15 minute HIIT routine 3 times a week, along with strength training routines 3 times a week.
three times in the morning. I also get lots of exercise with work.
Some times I put the remote across the room so I have to go get it.
I don't "exercise" but I do stretch and do some basic yoga in the mornings and evenings everyday.

Umm since I have PE plus I play basketball and soccer on sundays, I'd say about 3-4 hours a week
One hour of physics ed. I would gladly exchange for one hour of procastination.
