I buy month passes to the gym at my local rec centre.
Why did I choose that one? A few reasons. It's between my university and house so it's pretty convenient for me to stop there after a day on campus and all. A lot of people I know from high school and such go there, people who I grew up with so it's got a bit of a community-like feel. It's a pretty nice location, fairly new with a wide assortment of machines. Plus that's where I go to play badminton at least once a week with my boyfriend and friends, so it's good to have that fee already included in my month pass.

I go to a locally owned gym here where I live. They focus on crossfit and weight training for military and fireman etc. I do the crossfit classes. I love it!!!

I built my own gym; I decided I hate sharing the squat rack with idiots that curl in it and I'm not keen on douchebag gym rats eyeing me and trying to rack more weight than me as if they're some alpha wolf pissing on 'their territory'.

The only downside is that I don't get to see this one honey with a fat butt that used to go to the same commercial gym.

I go to my martial arts class, but the focus certainly ain't on putting on masses of muscle. Aside from that, I go to a local, slightly rough, local one, and pay as I go; for the heavy punching bags :)

Aye, I got kicked in the right hand in a martial arts seminar. *All* of the tendons and ligaments in my fingers seem to have been pulled. However, it's slowly healing after 3 months. Trying to get the blood flow back with some iron palm.
