Looking in the mirror. That sounds extremely arrogant, but it's the truth. I was a fat slob and I remember what that felt like. I remember being insecure, and I remember the life that accompanied me within that insecurity. After lifting for almost a decade now, I love what I see in the mirror. I look like I'm built like a fucking super hero most days. It's a reminder that I have control over my life in a meaningful way, and my life doesn't have control over me. I also find it therapeutic to completely destroy myself and take my body to the absolute limit at the gym. It's in those moments that I'm able to forget about everything. My wife and I may be fighting at times, or my boss may be pissing me off during a season, but I can mentally check out of that once a day for an hour or so. Then I come back to it refreshed with a new mindset. I don't do too well emotionally when I'm away from the gym for too long.

No. I work in shipping and receiving. During the busy season we get a container a day and usually a good portion of UPS, FedEx, and truck shipments out to keep me busy and active. I also walk to work everyday and have five floors at work to go home and down every day. Going to the gym on top of that and my current health problems might cause me to end up back in the hospital.
I just want to say you look phenomenal and I wish I looked as good as you do! Fitness goals right there!
So yes, I do workout regularly (I am actually heading to the gym after I log off here). Every morning, 5-6 days a week, for 30-60 minutes each session. I do everything from running, walking, kickboxing, and of course strength training as well. What motivates me?
I don't want to be fat and out of shape. Not again. I used to be grossly overweight, and managed to get down almost 70 pounds! Now I maintain what I've currently lose, along with losing another 10-20 pounds (I would like to get down to about 18-19 percent body fat), and most importantly, I just like being in shape and having more energy :)
I do not. I've tried getting into the habit of going to the gym and failed miserably each time.
I do yoga, run and play a bit with weights at home - that I can stick to and is something I actually enjoy.

Haha! I was doing good a year ago. I have not worked out in months. I lost my drive and motivation. I fell into a depression last year.
Trying to start off the new year, right however.
First because i want to look hot. But after trying workout for like 2 weeks my body feels better and its good for the mind. Its anxiety reliever for me. My anger got more control and help me with my depression. Overall health improved, and hotter body ofc
It's a human need. Not moving is like eliminating sleep.
So moving weights back and forth and sprinting and isometric exercises and whatever else can be done at gyms and homes, is required to stay healthy, and should rather be mandated by governments than the toxic vaccines.
Also it's my test of willpower. I know it takes effort and I still do it with ease.
Yes or exercise outside, been doing it long time. It feels good to exercise. However, I find the gym air quality/health not as good, rather be outside.
I go once sometimes twice a week. I have a very nice rower and decent enough elliptical in the house.
I dont go to the gym. I workout at home. I have to do it as soon as I get home. Blast music and just do it. If I dont do it right away, I may not workout that day. My health motivates me. Looking good naked motivates me. I joined a fight club, will be doing that too now.
Even though I definitely don't look my age, but you still got that 20s body girl!!! 👍👍❤

yes… and what motivates me is my health. I don’t like gyms much tho, I usually would go to the woods and run in the tracks… but it’s too cold for that right now so the gym has to suffice for now
No but I work out regularly to increase my concentration and it helps me falling a sleep since I get tired at the end of the day more likely.
Only for cardio. My job requires me to be fit.
In general though it makes me feel nice inside and out.
I don't go to the gym but I do home workouts. I want to be strong and have muscles, and it also helps with stress and focus for me too.
What motivates me to go? Gaining muscle lol.
I have been working out since the 9th grade. I try to think of that fat kid that everyone picked on.
It feels good to be and stay fit. Second is the friends I have there.
My motivation is to keep myself as fit as possible when I have the time to go.
When I did my motivation was because it was fun and it was a vibe going with my mates at the time
I've just always been active and into fitness as far back as grade school, sports all through school then became a personal trainer so I know how important it is to stay fit.
I train daily.
I see training as basic maintenance, like keeping your house clean.
For me it's pointless. My right shoulder is so effed up, I can't do much but maybe legs. So, I ride a bike for that.
Just knowing it's a good habit.
I've been very consistent since starting.
