Its pouring with rain outside but I suppose I can drive myself to the gym.
I’m already wearing my gym clothes and I have been since this afternoon (because it looks cute haha).
I’ve broken my fast - yes, I was fasting since it’s Ramadan. And now I have the energy.
HOWEVER I feel very lazy. Please help motivate me 😂
300+ minutes a week of moderate cardio (intense cardio counts twice, so 1 minute of intense cardio = 2 minutes of moderate cardio) improves your fitness! It makes you healthier and more athletic, decreases your risk of death from all causes, even accidents cause you’re more agile, and it helps regulate your hormones including endorphins so it feels good
if that’s not enough imagine how your booty will look! You’ll drive the guys crazy just by walking away from them
Just work out at home, or have a routine for home work outs. Beats going to the gym which is a pain in the arse. Far less time consuming, also.
If you're feeling lazy on a specific day, maybe your body just needs rest.
But if not, honestly, just go for a 20 to 30 minute run outside. You're getting a fairly decent workout in the same time it would take you to drive to the gym.

I'm not quite sure that i wanna motivate you since it's raining outside, i might motivate you to wrap yourself with a blanket to stay warm and comfy plus have something delicious to eat and enjoy the sound of the rain pouring outside 🤣
Think of how good you will feel if you go and how proud of yourself you will be.
Half the battle is just getting there. But making sure you got music you like goes a long way. Also think of what you will do to reward yourself after the work out.
I'll prepare your favorite food once you get home from the gym.
I'd start drinking rain with such an intensity that you'd rather be at the gym than see me do that

The hardest part of the workout is that first step out the door. Once you get warmed up yo will feel a lot better. You will feel good for the whole day.

Set a day (s) and time and just go. It's easier when it becomes routine.
Being healthy saves you medical bills, gives you more energy, improves mental health, and makes you more attractive.
Honestly I have no idea how to motivate someone to go, you either got it in you or you don't, or you like me and Im your motivation 😂😭. 😬
Ummmmm you look fat? Just go. It’s your life, no one should care more about your damn life than you. If you need people to motivate you to have a better life than that’s sad.
