Good buy DVD workouts like Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, ripped in 30 those are good but try sticking with them they go by weeks so first it's week one and then it moves up based on progress , gym is also good cause there's the machines which in a way are good and help you out, the cycling classes are good try those if you do end up going, if you can't afford a gym stick to the DVDs
Another good one is the kim kardashian workout the leg one I know it sounds dumb but she works out with a trainer & the workouts get you sore and the next day you can't walk lol

I've observed that you can workout more seriously with motivation at the gym compared to home.
I go to gym with my friends and my gym is an exclusive guys gym so there are no girls for distraction lol :P

I say the gym. I'm always more motivated to do and complete an intensive workout there. Plus, hot guys.
I packed up 34 pounds at home when started 3years ago. So eigther works for me
Gym. I feel like if you're trying to get bulkier, there is more motivation and help that can be found in the weight area at gym.
