Love hot showers. Lately I've been taking longer hot showers at night and a quick one in the morning. Although both times I have to rinse my hair with cool water because it makes it healthier and conditioned. I usually give my whole body a quick blast of cool water before coming out in the morning and usually don't at night.

Amazing tip: swap your shower head with a massaging head. My normal one started to leak and I picked up a basic one with 1 normal and 1 three jet mode because it was the cheapest one on sale. It feels really good on my back because I get sore after a long day. I am now looking upgrade to an even better one with a wand so I can concentrate the massage on specific muscles.

They are. It's the simple things in life that are the best. A warm shower being one of them. Also, being near a wood stove when it's freezing outside, is amazing. Or jumping into cool water on a really hot day.

Hot shower feels nice during winter but I like cooler shower. It makes me feel fresh.

  @GirlScout yeah but i can't hear them with the water going because it lands on all the shampoo bottles at the base, and plus it's like i'm in the shower for 5 minutes tops, and that's really too long, but i'm in the bath for 6 years minimum. and podcasts are usually a lot longer than 5 minutes
