Thanks for MH!
What kind of stress? If I'm angry or sad, I will eat next to nothing, sometimes for several days, depending on the severity of the situation. When my dog passed, I ate literally nothing for four days and then barely anything for two weeks after that.
I guess if it's positive stress, I'll eat a normal amount, but my choices might be more indulging.02 Reply
+1 yIt depends. I have a bizarre appetite where I can be inexplicably hungry and then go a week where I have barely any appetite. I find that when it's common stress, I want to eat more. When it's severe stress and depression I eat less.

Like work was kind of shitty, friends or family being annoying, etc.

Like loss of a family member, a severe bout or anxiety or depression (which happen to me on occasion), things of that nature.

I loose appetitie when I'm frustrated, when I'm stressed and even more so when I'm sad... And I tend to have an increase of cravings when I'm happy!! And it sucks cause I'm almost always happy 😁.. So it's tough!!! 😔.. But I manage 😜

+1 yUsually I eat more when I'm under stress... studying for exams, for example, but the few occasions in my life where I was under the highest stress I've ever been under... I eat near nothing.

@Babyapple hey I like your name! lol
I eat when there are snacks readily available. I believe I've actually lost a little bit of weight over the past few months. I've been buying my own food and if I don't feel like cooking something, I usually don't eat or eat very little
