First off, if you CAN'T go 7 days without pot, you might want to look in to that... I'm all for smoking weed (I'm vaping right now, actually...) but if you literally can't make it a full week without getting high, you might want to reconsider your priorities and at least educate yourself on addiction and be aware so that hopefully you don't get caught up in alcohol or hard drug addiction.
To answer your question, when I had my wisdom teeth out I waited a day or two and then carefully used a whip-style vaporizer and packed the bowl very loose. I did try going through the nose, but ended up carefully taking hits through my mouth. I think the danger comes when you're using suction, and the smoke or vapor probably isn't good to expose to the areas that are trying to heal. Gauze to protect the back of your mouth where the surgery was, VERY VERY small and light hits (coughing probably isn't good for healing either), and be aware that combined with whatever other pain meds you're on the effect is probably going to feel different, so take it easy and be careful.
Seriously though, if you are an addict and that's just how your brain works, be super careful and respectful of the pain meds and other substances.
I don't think pot is as harmful as most other drugs (cigarettes and alcohol, included) and I'd be a hypocrite to tell you that you should stop or not get high while you're healing. But please be careful and take care of yourself... and enjoy the buzz, too ;-)

Any sucking regardless of what you risk a dry socket and you don't want one trust me
Sounds like it would do a lot of damage. Bad idea. Why can't you just hold out for a few days?
