You want to loose weight so you eat 1800 calories
You do cardio and excercises to burn 500 calories
1800-500= 1300 2000-1300= 700 calorie deficit which is way too low
Eat back your calories so you stay in a healthy deficit.

Fixed my diet, I wasn't eating enough vege
But my goal is to trim down. So My caloric deficit is about 2500, something like this meal plan is what im going for

2500 for a long run is a really nice cut. I would ear that, and do as much HIIT cardio as you can on top of your diet👍 you'll def reach your goals then✌

But i was getting more injuries and sick. My total caloric deficit is about 3200 but 2500 should be good enough.
