I have a filter with those big water jugs in my house, and I usually drink plain water out of that... but sometimes I don't feel like going to the water machine and filling it up so I drink plain faucet water. :-P

For coffee and tea, I use faucet water.

P. S. Where I live we use an underground water source so the water tastes better here than municipal plants in large cities. :-D

I do it in France, Belgium and the Netherlands where I come very often. But on the isles of Tenerife and Helgoland I don't drink it because it is mainly treated seawater and the taste is not good at all.

Yeah, i actually prefer it. Used to live in 6 story apt' building without an elevator. After a few weeks i got sick of humping gallons of water up the stairs.

The water in the UK isn't too bad.
I also live in an area where the water is bottled and is very well known in the UK. I like to drink straight from the springs, tastes the best.

In my area, tap water is generally as pure as bottled water, which is never inspected. Bottled water is a rip-off and bad for the environment (in plastic bottles).
