I am experiencing all the symptoms of hiv. I am a virgin and haven't had any sort of sexual contact due to religious reasons. I remember a incident long ago. I had a small cut. It was still fresh. Anyway I was helping a friend who had a accident and was bleeding and they bled on me and it got in my cut. Now im worried after all these years I may have developed hiv. It was like 10 or 11 years ago I was 8 or 9. Thats all I can think of bc since then I have been super careful. I have ocd. I am to scared to get tested.

Sorry by all I can think I mean getting bled on by my friend back then is the only thing I can thing off where I may have gotten hiv from

Don't be too paranoid, if that friend didn't develop symptoms, maybe it's just an ordinary illness. Though since u still virgin your family won't doubt you or anything, you should have a test at least for these symptoms not on hiv

well for sure your country have centers to run tests for these cases, so you should avoid all that stress and overthinking and go check, and hope everything is ok :)

HIV doesn't have any symptoms. It is just possible to turn into AIDS. If you have ever had your blood taken for anything since that incident it is routine that they checked for HIV.

Really? I thought the only way to check for aids is through a specific test for it that u have to request. I have had lots of blood tests done since then.

It is a life-threatening and controlled virus. Lab workers in such need to know to be safe. If you had the virus the government would have you listed in the database

I searched symptoms of hiv and this is what I get

swollen lymph glands.

unusual lesions on the tongue;

skin rashes and bumps. nausea,

vomiting, and diarrhea.

Cough and shortness of breath.

Chronic fatigue.

fever, chills, and night sweats.

rapid weight loss.

Blurred or distorted vision

Jesus christ, if you're that worried then just get yourself tested. You won't solve anything by not going.

Get tested to ease your mind. If you do have it -- avoiding it won't help... Early treatment means likely living a normal life with drugs..

I'll bet you money you don't have it though.
