I made this white sauce spaghetti at home today, can you tell me if its fattening or its fine?

The white sauce just had a little butter and flour in it and milk and NO CHEESE. Then oregano, chilly oil and chilly flakes for the taste and the spaghetti was also whole wheat. So I had it like for brunch and then I had it for dinner around 7. I didn't go to the gym, I feel bad. So can you tell me is it fattening or not. There are leftovers should I have it tomorrow?
