I think it looks delicious! I can't have meatballs due to them being a little spicy but I hope they were delicious. As for me, if I had to eat spaghetti, I'd need to use tri-blend beans instead. Might not be appetizing to other people but it works for me.

Oh. I like meatballs but don't care for scrambled beef. It soaks most of the sauce up is why, but I'm not much of a meat person.

We use Johnsonville Mild Italian ground sausage (sometimes ground sirloin) for the meat and found that Francesco Rinaldi meat flavored pasta sauce tastes the best for the way we make it. We also add some additional Italian seasoning and a touch of 4 types of garlic seasoning blend we found at a Renaissance Faire.
I may try it with Italian sausage next time
