Gets too chewy and dry when reheated. I prefer it freshly cooked.

Actually no sorry. You’re supposed to cool the leftovers. Then reheat and enjoy. Leaving it hot and storing it make unwanted bacteria grow on it. Not much of a chef….🙄 I think you need to have a little more depth in sentence knowledge too.
