I love seafood, aside from squid and octopus. So clam sauce. Or muscles or scallops or shrimp in a garlic, butter, wine, cream sauce is always wonderful.

I make spaghetti sauce with ground Italian sausage, lots of shredded zucchini, diced onions, tons of garlic, large chunks of tomatoes, all kinds of spices, and good red wine.

Of course, Parmesan cheese tops every pasta dish.

I also put Cincinnati Skyline chili on spaghetti and top it with some chopped onions, kidney beans, and piles of shredded cheddar cheese.

I think you're asking what kind of sauces or gravy do you like ON spaghetti? Ok, I like arrabiata sauce, I like oil and butter and garlic sauce. I like some pesto, but it has to be made really well. I do not care for alfredo on pasta, no matter what kind of pasta. Some cream sauces are ok if they're light.

Anything but Alfredo, which is too heavy for me. Bolognese in very small portions only because sometimes it’s greasy. Everything else is all good.

I like my spaghetti with pasta, homemade sauce, a pound of ground beef, and one pound of Italian sausage, I also like to add some seasoning like basil, rosemary, and Italian seasoning. I won’t lie, I make killer spaghetti, it’s one of my best dishes I can whip up. Of course, you gotta have the garlic bread with it !!!
