I would like to ask you for opinion. What is best way to lose weight in 6 months?

It is so simple we tend to ignore it. Calories in < calories out. Try not to drink your calories because liquids run through you quickly and aren't satisfying (you'll be back to hungry soon after).

Don't do just cardio. Lifting should be most of your workout (unless you are training for a specific sport). Guys should have some muscle.

Don't eat out of boredom or anxiety or you'll pack them on quick.

I am not sure but I think you can go for a good brand of Aloe vera juice plus cardio exercises and cutting down on junk food.

Please confirm on Aloe vera juice, I am not 100% sure it will help in reduction of weight or not, I have heard it does, but you confirm that.
