From my point of view, it'd be silly to break up with someone simply due to acne forming. A sudden drop in hygiene (which could cause acne) may be a cause for concern, but that would be more deserving of a talk like "hey is something wrong?" etc. and trying to make a solution. Breaking up would be too extreme.

Acne is common from genetics though, and it often goes away in time when a person gets older. If it gets really bad there are treatments for it too.

Personally, acne wouldn't really bother me. If it was drastic, I would recommend some products, but I wouldn't let acne stop me from dating someone. That would be most unfortunate.

I wouldn't be attracted to a girl with a lot of acne, but a few pimples here and there would not stop me from dating her. If she got acne after we started dating, then hell no would I break up with them.

I had so much acne when I was a teen. Finally it got cleared up, thank you dermatologist! I felt so undatable. But would I care? I really haven't noticed anyone around my age that has acne. I can't really say at this time.

Eh, I have very mild acne, and my girlfriend has mild-moderate acne. I don't really even notice most of the time. It doesn't bother me.

well I don t have severe acne I just have a few pimples on my forehead that shows mainly under the sun.
they re getting less though so there is still hope for me xD

What? That is not true! Many people with acne actually wash there face VERY well but it's often genetic.
