I'd talk to you doctor about what a healthy weight would be for you. We're all built different and that's ok. For B) I know that BOTH drastic weight gain and loss are harmful to your body. For C) and D) skinny might work for you, it depends on your frame. My taller friends weight less than me because they are built very petite. I'm stockier and short. We're all different so I don't think C or D are legit. Again, if you have a concern your doctor would be the best person to talk to 100%

It's all up to you and how would you feel better, but I want to add that skinny and tall is considered good (just a reminder to don't think you are too skinny unless you are dangerously underweight). 😄
Would need to see pics. Odds are you're overweight. may not look bad, but you'd probably look better thinner. You aren't gonna be like 115 lbs, but your ideal weight might be more in the 160ish range i'd guess? depends on how much muscle you hold, and your bone structure.

i think for your health you should lose weight. it's awesome if you can be happy with how you look but the toll of carrying the extra weight on joints and organs long term may be something to consider
It is totally your choice, But if you have a partner that likes the way you are then why bother.
