Help! My nose is having a period - there's blood coming out of it. What should I do?

Well all you can do now is shove a tampon up there. I do recommend you to take pills though. It'll regulate your periods and all that.

I'm guessing this is a joke.. But - get a tissue and hold your nose for ten minutes. Be sure to keep your head tilted downward to avoid choking on blood.

Yep, just joking. I do get nosebleeds sometimes though.

Holding your head up is usually a bad idea, can make you choke on blood. Maybe just grab some tissue, tear it up and roll it and stick it up your nose, actually kind of hold your head down, let a clot form.

Ice Cube in your mouth, or anything cold really
it helps stop the bleeding.
