How you stop sneezing, runny nose, and coughing without medicine?

I just ate a runny nose and sneezing pill and it is not working. I had been sick the time I woke up to now. I can't even focus in school at all because of this. My runny nose is driving me nuts! I probably used 20+ tissues already. Also will it just go away in a few days?

Yes. You have a virus. It could be a common cold, the flu, a headcold, any number of things. Unless you have ongoing health problems, it will go away in a few days. You can treat the symptoms, but there is really nothing you can do about it. Even if you had an anti-viral medication, it only shortens the duration by a day or two; it doesn't magically make it go away.

Wash your hands every chance you get.
