How to heal a stress fracture as quick as possible?

I just found out today that I have a stress fracture in my foot. I haven't run since last Friday, although I have to walk on it a lot bc of school. Our first varsity meet (track & field) is on the 20th, and obviously I won't be healed by then, or the next meet on the 27th. I really really am hoping that maybe I'll be ok by the 5th however. What can I do to make my stress fracture heal as quickly as humanly possible? I'm wearing a boot, I'll be taking my vitamins, I'm seeing if I can get some medicine to help me sleep better, and I already eat pretty healthy. I'm getting an MRI tomorrow to make sure it's a stress fracture and the doctor told me about this bone device that helps you heal faster, so I'll for sure be using that. Anything else? ):
