Why do my bones damage so easily?

I had a blood test so I'm not deficient in vitamin d

But I jumped on the sofa because I saw a mouse and I think my foot went the wrong way or something and it was sore and ache for about 5-6 weeks

Then I did some gardening used those big hedge cutters and the bone at my wrist has been sore and achey for 3 weeks now.

Why are my bones so prone to damage? Or is it my muscles?

I just turned 33, is it my age or maybe I am deficient in something and should get a second opinion?
