Why do I bruise so easily? Does anyone else bruise this easy?

I've seen this in women, but don't know why and if can change it. Some people are sensitive to bruise... maybe you have thin blood? weak vessels... more citrus fruit (and peel)? that builds nails fast, maybe help that tissue.

I never researched. I've been around a lot of dogs, these. dogs are beating you up.. I don't get scratched like that. Time to up your game with them so you are the boss. They are looking to determine who is in charge maybe, excited... that needs to be you emotionally... power! I'll give some tips on that if you need it, but its energy. you can't be nice and sweet with those creatures, they need to know if you get bruised so do they and worse... watch how wolves work... that's life for them! They figure it out if you project it!

It can be caused by something lacking in your diet, or lack of clotting factors. If this has been happening for a period of time, you ought to see your physician and be checked.

Jess: it could be a long standing problem with clotting factors. It's best to have this checked by a physician, to see if your blood clots as soon as it should.

Are you anemic? There are a lot of medical conditions that can cause bruising.

Probably thin skinned. I bruise and cut pretty easily, but it's not painful though. It looks worse than it is.

I think if you get more iron in your system, either through supplements or food, it might help. But I'm not a doctor so I don't really know

I don't bruise so easily. I think people with low body temperature bruise more easily than others.
