Fasting isn't good and it only slows down your metabolism - you're putting your body into starvation mode so it's going to start conserving fat. The only real healthy way to lose weight is by exercising more and going on an actual sustainable healthy diet and sticking to it.

u will see weight loss if u dont weigh your self often, as a recovering anorexic i was banned from the scales from weighing myself everyday, so i didn't see a change, but really dont look for weightloss look for muscel it weighs more and the more u have the more you burn

If you fast for seven days, you may actually gain weight if you are taking in any calories. If you're actually not eating at all, yes you'll lose weight. You'll also feel sick, and have diarrhea by the end. It's very unhealthy.

you'll lose weight, as in you'll lose water weight, muscle, some fat. won't lose much fat since you aren't working out and using the energy. Its not worth the torture.

I'm going to be working out as I do. and I'll be taking ice baths to keep up my matabolisim

No. You'll see starvation. But most likely you'll see a smaller version of you with the same amount of body fat and fluff as the bigger version of you. So the scale may say you're smaller but the doctor and the mirror will still say you're fat.
