The covid virus has now been around for over a year, whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated it has been substantially proved that pre-existing conditions mainly cause from obesity are a major factors in dying. Yet Americans keep getting fatter, when will it end?

So what do you suggest they do to fight off their depression? I can tell you from experience that sweating my ass off was a huge distraction to my anxiety and stress and now I don’t sweat stupid shit

@On_cloud_wine lol guess what I worked out like a motherfucker and run myself stupid and I think I even look atttactive now, but Im still depressed as fuck, get it? Working out makes you happy temporarily but health and fitness is not the magic cure all to everyones depression, especially not now
