Weight will always matter to a reasonable degree because we're biological creatures that rely on health to survive as a species...

Women are attracted to a wide range of bodyfats on guys but can all probably agree that they wouldn't choose an obese guy on average if they could have the same guy be slimmer or even in better shape.

And the same is for us men. We often aren't so strict about the specific percentages of bodyfat that women are in. We just ideally want a girl to be within the healthy range.

As Y2K fashion and trends make a comeback, so is the trend of thin being best to the point anorexia was all but blatantly encouraged by media outlets and caused it to run rampant in not just celebrity circles but in underage teen groups. Obviously they’re not going to quite the same extreme but I have no doubt that we’ll have another crisis of eating disorders as it continues.

Everything matters to some & to some nothing matters. Weight could matter however if you are in space it doesn’t matter. Does weight matter to you?

I don’t like skinny to be honest I don’t mind a little overweight but obesity is bad for health and they don’t ussually want to be as active as I am
