Why do my nipples hurt?

Seriously, I just changed into my sleep wear and my nipples have this flash of pain everytime the fabric moves over them.
Its not nice.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

(no it's not my period. I don't get them)

Maybe cuz your nipples are dry in the environment your in? Try to put some sensitive skin lotion on it. Or maybe your top is slim fitted squishing your breasts which can cause pain so maybe switch into a loose top pj? The type of fabric/ detergent can also cause irritation as well. Maybe use some no-fragrance detergent?

Well it happens to me as well

1. The bra was tight or they were squashed in there

2. Your breasts are tender because your period is near.

3. Certain movements can cause it like sleeping on you boobs, or other kinds of positions in your bed.

yea, my mom would hell at me but I like to go bra less in the day and night as long as I am home

The bra I've got now though, it's a bitch to put on and take off but once it's on, absolute heaven. And bugger all movement too. So if it's the bra doing this to me, I am gonna be so upset.

Yes, there is a 95 percent chance its he bra and if you dont love pain , you would use it less. I dont know about you but comfort is everything to me. #ComfortOverStyle

I'm gonna have to go shopping for a new bra. God this sucks. So wish I could get away without one.

Yes , buy a new one but dont forget the old. You can alternate between the two when you wear them
