Has anyone cured anxiety?

So done with these headaches, racing thoughts (my mind won't shut up, keeps flooding me with negative thoughts) and not being able to sleep for 2-3 days straight, only can sleep with xanax. FFS im going insane

I heard exercise and/or just being physically active throughout the day can help you release stress and help you sleep better. Even if it hasn't been fully studied I heard sleep deprivation can be treated with just being physically active and Adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Try meditation.
My anxiety attacks get me while I'm trying to sleep too. I started meditation training, and now I can push those thoughts out of my mind and stop an attack in its tracks.

No I have the same problem, I'll be up for 3 or 4 days, the only way I sleep anymore is to get some tired that I fall asleep, or cuddling next you somebody who makes me calm, I'm out within minutes when I cuddle someone like that.

Try some deep breathing exercises. I know it sounds cliche, but it actually does work because it relaxes your muscles and your brain.

I'd recommend meditation and some research into Nerual-Linguistic Programming. NLP is a really handy tool. I've only read a book on it for about a week (still yet to finish) and am already witnessing results.
