So I need a consistent diet & workout plan, CONSISTENT. If someone could please be super detailed and list out what foods to eat how often I should eat them, what workouts I do, how many times I do them, how often I do that. ALL of that. I want to base my diet off vegetables and i've been really excited to incorporate green tea & chia seeds & tons of veggies which I heard are vital, but I still want to get in my protein but still maintain a low carb diet with brown rice and quinoa and stuff.
As for exercise, I want to slim down but tone my legs (mainly the thighs and calves) and I want a flat tummy, abdominal line, and faint abs. I'd also like exercises that help straighten my posture. I'm aware it takes a lot of maintenance and time but I really want this. Thank you! :)) Please be very specific and detailed with a full workout & diet plan.
